How To Use The Denyse Website
This guide briefly explains the pages available to you on the website. Each page has unique information that will help you navigate the website and all that's available right at your fingertips.
1. Before you begin, make sure you’re logged in to your account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register at the
Sign Up Page.
Useful Contacts2. Once you’re logged in, you’ll have access to the Useful Contacts page. This page provides the contact phone number to Mustof, the Building Super, and Jalen Management, the management company for our building. You can visit Jalen Management’s website, call them, or email them.

Contact ManagementThis page lets you to contact Jalen Management Company regarding maintenance problems and repairs. Examples include a problem that needs to be fixed in or outside of your apartment, to report issues with pests, odors or complaints regarding noise or any other repair or maintenance issue. Management is here to help.
Please fill in the required fields (your name, apartment number, the issue, and a brief description of the issue) and click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.

ForumsThe Forum allows the Denyse community to discuss topics of interest to coop ownership in general or issues that impact the building in particular. The Forum also provides an opportunity for owners to discuss ideas or initiatives that may benefit the building. Owners can create multiple discussion forums on various topics.
You can scroll through the existing discussions on previous topics. If there’s a topic you see in the Forum already, simply click on the topic to comment to the discussion!
If you don’t see a topic of interest at first, use the “Search forum” toolbar located at the top of the page. This will help you find any existing topics similar to the one you’re looking for. Otherwise, you can click the “Create a new topic” button located at the top of the page.

Important DocumentsOn this page, you can view documents pertaining to financial documents assessments, meeting minutes, newsletters, and project memos. Click on the one you want to view and the document will open up.
